Wheel-thrown and stoneware bud vase with pine blue color on top and with unglazed buttom which shows the beautiful toffee caramel color of this unique clay. The vase has distinct edges on the bottom which are slightly smoothened by the shiny glaze on top. On the rim and on the sub-section of the zig zags since the glaze is thinner the color is closer to mint green. Inside the curves where the glaze is thicker the color is closer to blue dianne. The glaze has a very unique effect with little green and white freckles where the effect gets intense color also gets brighter. It is glazed with transparent glaze on the inside to make it water resistant. You can put few flowers in it but it also looks nice with a single stem as in the photos.
